Refund Policy - Scenes Media

This Refund & Payment Policy applies to all signage, fabrication, LED display, visual production, and animation services provided by Scenes Media (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to begin design, fabrication, or scheduling of work.
This deposit secures materials, production time, and project scheduling.
Deposits are non-refundable once design work has started.
2. Design Stage Refunds
If the project is cancelled before design work begins, a refund (minus admin/processing fees) may be issued.
Once design concepts, layouts, or mockups have been created, the deposit is no longer refundable.
3. Fabrication & Production Refunds
Once signage or LED hardware enters fabrication/production, no refunds are available.
Materials, labour, and production time are committed specifically to your project and cannot be reused.
4. Installation Cancellations / Rescheduling
Installation dates may be rescheduled with reasonable notice at no additional charge.
If installation must be rescheduled due to site not being ready, additional call-out or labour fees may apply.
5. Completed Work / Final Payment
The remaining balance is due upon completion and before installation or delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
Work will not be released or installed until payment is received in full.
6. Refunds for Digital / Animation / VFX Work
For animation, visual content, CGI, or motion graphics:
The deposit covers concept development and initial production.
Refunds are not available once animation or rendering has begun.
Revisions beyond what is included in the quote will incur additional charges.
7. Product / Quality Issues
If there is a legitimate defect in workmanship or installation, we will:
Inspect the issue
Repair or replace the affected part where applicable
At no additional cost within warranty conditions
This does not apply to:
Wear and tear
Damage caused by weather, misuse, impact, or third-party alteration.
8. LED Display & Electronics Warranty
LED panels and power systems are covered by manufacturer warranty terms.
Warranty claims require inspection and assessment.
Damage from electrical surges, incorrect power supply, moisture, or improper handling is not covered.
9. No Refund on Change of Mind
Because our signage and visual work is custom-designed and made to order, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind after production has started.
